In recent news, several regions including Jiangsu and Guizhou have introduced Consumer subsidy policies. Jiangsu has specifically launched subsidy activities for 3C digital products, while Guizhou has added domestic Smart Phones and tablet computers to the scope of trade-in promotions, building upon previous support for home appliance product replacements. Additionally, the Central Economic Work Conference has emphasized the need to vigorously boost Consumption next year and improve investment efficiency to expand domestic demand comprehensively. Institutions indicate that by 2025, the trade-in policy for Consumer goods may further expand, with Smart Phones and other Consumer Electronics likely to be included in national subsidies, combined with local subsidy policies being implemented continuously, which will persistently stimulate the recovery of the Consumer Electronics industry chain.

Morgan Stanley published a Research Report stating that Jiangxi Province announced a subsidy for individual consumers purchasing Smart Phones and tablet computers from participating merchants, granting 15% of the product's final Fill Price as a subsidy, with each subsidy not exceeding 1000 yuan. The bank noted that Jiangxi is the third province on the mainland to announce such a policy and believes that other provinces may follow suit. Morgan Stanley expressed that the subsidy policy will act as a short-term Bullish catalyst for Smart Phone OEM production and the supply chain, and it is believed that Xiaomi, Sunny Optical, AAC TECH, BYD Electronics, and Q TECH will be the main beneficiaries.
