Regarding the increase in the maximum loan amount for provident fund loans, the new policy is clear: whether it is a single saver, a double saver household, or buying the first or second home, the maximum loan amount for housing provident fund loans is uniformly increased to 1 million RMB (same below); for families with multiple children, it is increased from 1 million to 1.2 million; the maximum loan for buying a house for the first time in Gui'an New Area can be up to 1.44 million.
