Due to changes in market conditions and uncertain economic prospects, the subscriber has notified the company that it is no longer commercially viable to continue the subscription agreement. After negotiations and careful consideration, in order to maintain a continuous relationship with the subscriber and resolve the matter amicably, on November 29, 2024, the subscriber and the company entered into a termination agreement to terminate the subscription agreement, whereby neither party may make any claims against the other regarding the subscription agreement.
