According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Media Chinese (08412) announced that all conditions set out in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription was completed on the date of this announcement (i.e., October 3, 2024). A total of 20.37 million shares were subscribed (equivalent to approximately 16.663% of the issued share capital of the company immediately following the completion of the subscription) and were distributed and issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.46 per share.

The net proceeds from the subscription amounted to approximately HK$9.25 million.
