$Golden Energy(AUE.SG)$ announced the establishment of a Sustainability Committee. The SC shall assist the Board with oversight of the Group's sustainability strategy and environmental, social and governance ("ESG") matters. The establishment of a Board-level committee dedicated to sustainability and ESG matters underscores he Company's commitment to accelerate its sustainability journey and consider ESG matters in all aspects of its operations and business strategy.

The members of the SC, the majority of whom are Independent Directors, are as follows: Chair - Ms Noormaya Muchlis (Independent Director), Member - Mr. Irwandy Arif (Independent Director), Member - Mr. Dwi Prasetyo Suseno (Executive Director and Group CEO).
