This year, the issuance of REITs funds has been pressed on the "accelerator", with 25 REITs products entering the Capital Markets. Currently, the number of publicly listed REITs has increased to 54, which means that nearly half of the products were issued this year since the business debuted domestically in 2021. Furthermore, several products have distributed dividends five times this year. Against the backdrop of the dividend frenzy, the high frequency and high ratio of dividends from REITs funds have also attracted risk-averse insurance investments. Recently, several listed product investment lists have included insurance capital. Industry insiders point out that the project assets of publicly offered REITs mostly have relatively stable cash flows, which are favored investment objects for insurance funds.
