Fe Hotels Corporation ("the Company") will convene a board of directors meeting on Thursday, November 28, 2024, to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated performance for the six months ending on September 30, 2024, and will discuss the declaration of interim dividends. The meeting will be chaired by Executive Director, Chairman, Director General Manager, and CEO Mr. Qiu Dawei. The board of directors of the Company also includes Miss Qiu Yongya, Mrs. Qiu Qiulin, Mr. Qiu Huajun, Mr. Cai Weishi, and Mr. Wu Zhijian.
