A recent interview with reporters revealed that since the launch of the trial operation of the first self-driving bus line in August 2024, Shenzhen has achieved regular operation of the first four "AI Bus" lines. "Citizens can make free reservations through the 'Shenba Travel' APP. The four lines have transported a total of 41,874 passengers so far, covering a passenger mileage of 0.0324 million kilometers, with safe operations exceeding 200 days," said a relevant person in charge of Shenzhen Bus Group.
