On March 12, the Henan Provincial Market Regulation Bureau, in conjunction with the Provincial Department of Social Work and the Provincial Civil Affairs Department, organized a compliance administrative guidance meeting on antitrust for industry associations in the province. The meeting pointed out that the Provincial Market Regulation Bureau will focus on building a unified national market, continue to improve the effectiveness of antitrust regulatory enforcement, and create a fair competitive market environment. First, investigate and deal with typical behaviors of industry associations that violate antitrust laws, especially when industry associations organize operators in the industry to engage in monopolistic agreements, effectively protecting the order of fair competition in the market and addressing the obstacles to building a unified national market. Second, increase the exposure of typical antitrust cases involving industry associations, fully utilizing typical cases' educational warning effect through methods like "explaining the law through cases" to achieve the effect of "handling one case, regulating one industry." Third, strengthen communication and coordination with departments such as the Provincial Department of Social Work and the Provincial Civil Affairs Department, advancing competition regulation, access regulation, and industry regulation, transitioning from case-based regulatory enforcement to deeper institutional connections. Fourth, fully leverage the unique advantage of industry associations in connecting the government and operating entities, consciously maintaining market competition order, and promoting the standardized, healthy, and orderly development of the industry.
