Industry insiders believe that under the current regulatory framework, related provisions for temporary suspension or exemption of disclosures are scattered in the rules of the CSRC and the Exchange, with relatively few content involved. As the first information disclosure exemption regulation issued by the CSRC, the introduction of the "Management Regulations" signifies an elevation of the regulatory level, indicating the importance of regulating exemption disclosures, clarifying the rules for easier practical implementation, and specifically preventing "abuse."
