Nio's Legal Department announced that certain online accounts such as "Super Wade", "Baolijie New Energy", "Electric Vehicle Talking", "Uncle Deng has a car to talk about", "JinJiao Finance", and "Tech Da Feng Car" have fabricated false information, maliciously distorted the company's operational status, and spread rumors about Nio's payment terms among other false information; accounts like "2018 Armor God Dragon" and "Accidentally Got Lost" have continuously published highly misleading content and images related to Nio, continuously attacking, disparaging, and insulting the Nio brand and its users. For the aforementioned actions, Nio has gathered evidence and has filed lawsuits against a batch of accounts, including those mentioned, in multiple courts.
