Titan Wind Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary Peking Development plans to introduce low-carbon Fund, Hongfeng Fund, and Xintian Energy Investment through a capital increase and share expansion, with a total investment amount of 0.999999992 billion yuan. After the capital increase, Peking Development's registered capital will rise to 1.7246376806 billion yuan, while Shanghai Zero Carbon remains the controlling shareholder. The controlling shareholder of the listed company, Shanghai Tianshen, is liable for the supplemental obligations when investors exit, which constitutes related guarantees. This Trade does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting for review. The capital increase funds will be used for repaying loans and project construction, among other purposes.
