(“PSCQ”) and Asia- Europe New Energy Automobile Manufacturing (Chongqing) Co. Ltd (“AECQ”) (the “Supply Agreement”), and after agreement reached by all the parties, AECQ shall be the accepting party of the import of materials and parts for the VP prototypes (“VP Prototypes”) involved in the [***] project as well as other materials (such as MTO and AVB) as agreed upon by the Parties from time to time, AECQ shall engage a third-party customs declaration company to make the import declaration.
