阿坎達宣佈結束 後續註冊直接發行

英國倫敦，2024年5月20日——國際醫用大麻公司Akanda Corp.（“Akanda” 或 “公司”）（納斯達克股票代碼：AKAN）今天宣佈， 已完成先前宣佈的第二次註冊直接發行，出售和發行了2,491,381股普通股，收購價為0.1031美元，以及12,057,600份預籌認股權證以購買12,057,600股 600股普通股，每股0.103美元，根據納斯達克規則，定價為最低價格 。預先注資的認股權證可立即以每股0.0001美元的價格行使，並且可以隨時行使，直到 所有預先注資的認股權證全部行使為止，但須遵守預先注資 認股權證中規定的某些實益所有權限制。
