阿坎達公司收到來自納斯達克的 違規通知

英國倫敦2024年5月16日——阿坎達 公司（“阿坎達” 或 “公司”）（納斯達克股票代碼：AKAN）宣佈， 已於2024年5月14日收到納斯達克上市資格部門的缺陷通知信，原因是 未遵守納斯達克上市規則5550（b）（1）中規定的最低股東權益要求。

根據納斯達克的 上市要求，公司必須將最低股東權益維持在250萬美元。正如阿坎達截至2023年12月31日財年的 20-F表中報告的那樣，該公司的股東權益報告為（3,828,892美元）。根據上市證券的市場價值或持續經營的淨收入，Akanda 目前不符合替代合規標準。
