安大略省盖尔夫,2023年6月7日——加拿大 Solar Inc.(“公司” 或 “加拿大太阳能”)(纳斯达克股票代码:CSIQ)今天宣布,其控股子公司 CSI Solar Co., Ltd.(“CSI Solar”)将于2023年6月9日在上海证券交易所的科技创新板上市,股票代码为688472。
CSI Solar的股票将不会也没有根据1933年《证券法》注册 ,如果没有注册或适用的 豁免注册要求,也不得在美国发行或出售。
