加拿大太阳能的 子公司CSI Solar完成了首次公开募股程序并开始在上海证券交易所交易

安大略省盖尔夫,2023 年 6 月 9 日——加拿大太阳能公司(“公司” 或 “加拿大太阳能”)(纳斯达克股票代码:CSIQ)今天宣布, 其控股子公司CSI Solar Co., Ltd.(“CSI Solar”)已完成首次公开募股(“IPO”)。 流程,其股票于6月9日开始在上海证券交易所的科创板上市,2023 年,股票代码 为 688472。

在首次公开募股中,CSI Solar发行了541,058,824股股票,占首次公开募股后立即发行的3,607,058,824股股票的15%。此外,CSI Solar 已授予首次公开募股的主承销商30天的期权,可额外购买最多81,158,500股CSI Solar股票,以弥补 的超额配股(如果有)。假设超额配股权已全部行使,CSI Solar发行的股票总额将为622,217,324股,约占首次公开募股后已发行3,688,217,324股 的17%。
