我们已经并预计将继续谨慎地管理“燃尽率”(授予的股份数量占已发行股份的百分比)。ISS规定的燃尽率极限等于行业平均值加1个标准差。在提出股权提案时,国际空间站的上限是每年5.91%。在过去的三年里,应用ISS的烧伤率方法,我们的平均烧伤率为3.31%。展望未来,我们打算在未来三年内将燃烧速度限制在不超过国际空间站的限制,具体取决于商业条件。
