租賃協議的第一修正案

這份租賃協議的第一個修正案 (this 「Amendment」) is entered into as of 11 August 2024, by and between Liberty Property Limited Partnership (「Landlord」) and American Bear Logistics Corp (「Tenant」). 

W I t N E S S E t H: 

WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant have entered into a Lease dated July 18, 2024, pursuant to which Landlord leased to Tenant certain premises consisting of approximately 56,264 square feet located at 1071 Thorndale Avenue, Bensenville, IL 60106 (the 「Premises」), such lease, as heretofore modified, being herein referred to as the 「Lease」; and

鑑於，租賃協議起草中發生了一處抄寫錯誤，建築物街道地址被起草爲1071 Thorndale Avenue；和 

鑑於，房東和租戶在此希望更正建築物街道地址爲1065 Thorndale Avenue；和

鑑於，本方現在希望修改和修訂上述租賃協議，並在下文中詳細說明。

協議：

因此，鑑於前述情勢以及以下所載互惠條款，本方達成如下協議：

1. 房東和租戶特此確認並同意，建築物街道地址已被修改爲1065 Thorndale Avenue。

2. 在此修訂規定之外，租賃協議及任何修訂條款將繼續有效執行，租賃協議（及任何修訂條款）在此修改後經房東和租戶批准並確認。

在此證明，本方簽署了本修正案，日期爲上述起草之年月日。
