d. 違反任何聯邦、州或市政法規的索賠,包括但不限於1964年《民權法案》第七條、1991年《民權法案》、1973年《康復法》、1990年《殘疾人權利法案》、《平等支付法案》、《公平勞工標準法》,《公平信用報告法》,1967年《就業年齡歧視法案》,《老年僱員福利保護法》、1974年《高管退休收入保障法案》,《員工調整和再培訓通知法案》,《家庭和醫療假法案》,《移民改革和控制法案》,《國家勞工關係法案》,《加利福尼亞州家庭權利法案》,《加利福尼亞州勞工法》,《加利福尼亞州工人補償法》和《加利福尼亞州公平就業和住房法案》一切索賠;

Executive agrees that this waiver and release does not apply to any rights or claims that may arise under the ADEA after the date Executive signs this Agreement. Executive acknowledges that the consideration given for this waiver and release is in addition to anything of value to which Executive was already entitled. Executive acknowledges and understands that revocation must be accomplished by a written notification to the person executing this Agreement on the Company’s behalf that is received prior to the Effective Date. The Parties agree that changes, whether material or immaterial, do not restart the running of the 21-day period.
