On CNBC's "Fast Money Halftime Report," Joe Terranova spoke about Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE:CMG) as Piper Sandler increased its price target to $1,745. Terranova thinks Piper's price target is pretty aggressive and he sees the recent high of $1,385 as a more realistic price target.

Terranova is trying to understand what the operating expense outlook is going to look like for Chipotle in 2021 as he is concerned about the labor costs under the new administration. He also thinks the company is going to raise prices on the menu because it lowered its delivery price.
