0942 GMT - Next's agreement with L Brands Inc. to buy the majority of its Victoria's Secret business assets in the U.K. and Ireland seems to be a sensible bolt-on acquisition, says Shore Capital. The U.K. clothing retailer will be able to leverage its online capability and property expertise to expand Victoria's Secret brand across both countries, the U.K. investment group says, adding that it will be interesting to see how many stores Next ends up keeping in the long term.
