0852 ET - Realty Income, a real-estate investment trust with a portfolio of more than 6,500 commercial properties, experienced sequential improvements in rent collections during the summer months. The company collected 87.8% of the rent it was owed in the quarter ended June 30, but the proportion improved to 92.3% for July and 93.5% for August. Rent from the company's top 20 tenants also improved sequentially over the summer. Collections from the REIT's investment-grade tenants were 100% in July and 99.9% in August.
