The board of directors of Qinhuangdao Port Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Company") recently received a report on the resignation of Mr. he Zhenya, Vice President of the company. Mr. he Zhenya applied to resign as Vice President of the company because of his age. After his resignation, Mr. he Zhenya will no longer hold any position in the company.

According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the articles of Association of Qinhuangdao Port Co., Ltd., Mr. he Zhenya's resignation report will take effect from the time it is served on the board of directors.

The 23rd meeting of the fourth session of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on December 23, 2020, which examined and passed the "Resolution on the appointment of Mr. Xia Zhixin as Vice President of the Company" and agreed to appoint Mr. Xia Zhixin as Vice President of the Company.
