RHB Investment Bank Bhd (RHB Research) expects Kelington Group Bhd and Mega First Corp Bhd to continue their bullish momentum, with both stocks showing signs of further upside.

Kelington Group has tested the RM3.50 resistance on strong volume, forming a long white candlestick that signals growing bullish momentum. A confirmed breakout above this level could see the stock advancing towards RM3.65, with further upside potential to RM3.80.

However, a decline below RM3.33 may trigger a correction phase.

Meanwhile, Mega First Corp has climbed above its 21-day simple moving average (SMA), rebounding from the RM3.96 support level with strong volume, indicating reduced selling pressure.

Should it breach the RM4.12 resistance, RHB Research anticipates further gains towards RM4.25, with a potential rise to RM4.40. A drop below RM3.96, however, could signal a bearish breakout and extend the stock's downtrend.

RHB Research remains optimistic about both stocks, provided they maintain their current technical strength.
