Total capital in Olympus Growth Fund VIII, including discretionary pools, is $3.5 billion. The firm is grateful for the strong support from existing investors and from new ones that have joined the partnership for middle market buyout investing activity. Many of the investors have been with Olympus for decades as the firm emphasizes building long-term investor relationships with investors able to take the risk of illiquidity. Olympus' fundraising was aided by the $6 billion that was distributed in the last three calendar years.
