AYRO Launches Robotics Division Focused on AI-Driven Automated Manufacturing of High Technology Vehicles and Support Products

Company receives first purchase order for high-technology EV Chargers requiring assembly by robotic equipment to ensure quality

(NASDAQ:AYRO) ("AYRO" or the "Company"), a designer and manufacturer of electric, purpose-built delivery vehicles and solutions for micro-distribution, micro-mobility, and last-mile delivery, announces the launch of its new robotics division, which will be focused on AI-driven, automated manufacturing of EVs and accompanying accessories.

The Company has already received its first purchase order for high-technology EV chargers, which require precision assembly using robotic equipment. In addition, the client providing the purchase order has leased space within warehouses owned by GLV, AYRO's partner, to house the robotic equipment, providing additional revenue for the Company resulting from the purchase order.
