(referred to as "Guochuang Technology") to participate in the auction for the state-owned construction land use rights in Fankou Street, Echeng District, Ezhou City (on the east side of Xuguang North Road and the north side of the Outer Ring Road, plot number WG(2025)001).

According to actual production and operation needs, Guochuang Technology intends to use its own funds to purchase the state-owned construction land use rights located in Fankou Street, Echeng District, Ezhou City (on the east side of Xuguang North Road and the north side of the Outer Ring Road, plot number WG(2025)001), with a land area of 30,409 square meters, and the purchase price is expected to be 8.95 million yuan (subject to the final actual transaction price).
