(NASDAQ:WHLR, WHLRP, WHLRD) (“Wheeler” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) has designated Stefani Carter as Chairman-Elect and appointed Daniel Khoshaba to the Executive Committee.
