The company and Tencent will continue to maintain a mutually beneficial business partnership and will continue to serve as providers for WeChat Mini Stores, Mini Programs, and Tencent Ads.

The statement indicated that, according to publicly disclosed information, Tencent completed the sale of a total of 0.184 billion shares in the open market on January 3 and 6, accounting for 5.45% of the company's total share capital. After the sale, Tencent indirectly holds 99.1704 million shares in the company, accounting for 2.94% of the total share capital.
