In order to assist the affected areas and actively fulfill social responsibilities, the Board of Directors has agreed that the company and its affiliated enterprises in the Tibet Sector will collectively donate 30 million yuan in cash to the earthquake disaster area for emergency rescue efforts, livelihood assistance for affected residents, support for rescue teams, and post-disaster reconstruction related work. Among them, the company headquarters will donate 10 million yuan, Tibet Julong Copper Industry Co., Ltd. (Julong Copper Mine) will donate 10 million yuan, Tibet Xianglong Mining Co., Ltd.
