Unlike export control or others, this list does not affect our Business. Nonetheless, we will still work with the relevant departments in the USA to resolve the misunderstanding."

According to other public reports, those who were also included in the 1260H list$Contemporary Amperex Technology (300750.SZ)$also responded, "This is a mistake; the company is not involved in any military-related activities."

It is understood that the 1260H list of the USA Department of Defense has had multiple operational adjustment records, with many companies being removed from the list a few months after being added, including$Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc.
