CHINA FOODS (00506.HK) announced that due to work reassignment, Qing Lijun has resigned as the Managing Director, and will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Executive Committee under the Board of Directors, nor as an authorized representative. He has been reallocated from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director and will remain as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Nominating Committee under the Board of Directors. Additionally, Zhan Zai Zhong has been appointed as the Company's Executive Director, Managing Director, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and authorized representative of the Company, effective January 6 (today).
