On December 31, GELONGHUI reported that BETTERLIFE HLDG (06909.HK) announced that Dr. Zhou Songbo has resigned from the positions of Non-Executive Director, Chairman, Compensation Committee Member, Nomination Committee Chairman, and Global Strategy Committee Chairman to devote more time to handle his Other business affairs, effective January 1, 2025.

Following Dr. Zhou's resignation, the Board of Directors further announced that Mr. Zhou Xiaobo has been appointed as Executive Director, Chairman, member of the Global Strategy Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Chairman of the Global Strategy Committee, effective January 1, 2025.
