On December 31, Gefanghui reported that HUA HONG SEMI (01347.HK) announced that the following changes will take effect from December 31, 2024:

1. Tang Junjun, executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the Board of Directors and the chairman of the nomination committee; and

2. Zhang Suxin resigned as the company's executive director, chairman of the Board of Directors, and chairman of the nomination committee.
