On December 30, GELONGHUI announced that HOLLY FUTURES (03678.HK) has reviewed and approved the re-selection and appointment of the following candidates for the fifth Board of Directors: Re-selection of Directors (i) Chu Kai-rong and Zhao Wei-xiong will retire, they qualify and are willing to be re-elected as executive directors at the extraordinary general meeting; (ii) Xue Bing-hai will retire, he qualifies and is willing to be re-elected as a non-executive director at the extraordinary general meeting; and (iii) Huang De-chun, Lu Hua-wei, and Zhang Hong-fa will retire, they qualify and are willing to be re-elected as independent non-executive directors at the extraordinary general meeting.

Jiang Hai-ying has been nominated as a candidate for non-executive director and will be elected at the extraordinary general meeting. Jiang Lin has notified the Board of Directors that he will retire as a non-executive director and will not seek re-election.
