On December 30, Gelonghui reported that IAT Automobile Technology (300825.SZ) announced that recently, IAT Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Shanghai IAT Lingrui Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Lingrui") signed the "AIM EVM Mass Production Procurement Contract" with AIM Co., Ltd. (referred to as "AIM") based on friendly cooperation. AIM entrusted the company and Shanghai Lingrui to jointly undertake the organization of the AIMEVM vehicle production and manufacturing, with a total contract amount estimated at approximately 0.47 billion yuan based on the total order volume of the project. The contract period is from December 26, 2024 (including that day) to December 31, 2030. After the expiration of the contract term, if there are still orders generated between the two parties, the contract will continue to be executed according to its provisions; unless otherwise agreed by both parties. The total contract amount accounts for 56.30% of the company's audited main business income for 2023.
