According to the Zhito Finance APP, Lanzhou Greatwall Electrical (600192.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Lanzhou Greatwall Electrical Tianshui Logistics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Logistics Company") plans to recover its 46,312 square meters (approximately 69.48 acres) of idle industrial land (including buildings) located in the Tianshui Economic and Technological Development Zone from the Natural Resources Bureau of Tianshui Economic and Technological Development Zone, with the confirmed recovery price assessed at 12.17 million yuan.
This land recovery will not affect the current production and operation of the Logistics Company, nor will it impact the future Global Strategy of the Logistics Company.
