Ms. Shen Huifen is resigning from her positions as a director, vice chairperson of the 11th Board of Directors, and member of the Board's Audit Committee due to retirement. After resigning from these positions, Ms. Shen Huifen will not hold any other positions in the company or its subsidiaries. Mr. Dong Zhendong is resigning from the General Manager position due to work changes, but after resigning from this position, he will still serve as a director of the 11th Board of Directors and a member of the Board's Strategic Decision-Making Committee.
