China Chengtong Development (00217.HK) announced that due to personnel changes within the ultimate holding company, Zhang Bin resigned as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors; and Gu Honglin resigned as Executive Director and General Manager, both effective from Wednesday (25th). Zhang Bin will also no longer serve as Chairman of the Board's Executive Committee and as a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, and Gu Honglin will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board's Environment, Social and Governance Committee and as a member of the Executive Committee.

At the same time, Li Qian has been appointed as Executive Director, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee, and has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors to replace Zhang Bin.
