The Peking company will transfer its debt of rent to be refunded to Rongseng Mengguli of 12.1622 million yuan and the housing purchase amount of 9 million yuan to the company, which agrees to accept all the aforementioned debts. 2. Rongseng Mengguli will transfer the creditor's rights of the 12.1622 million yuan rent and the 9 million yuan housing purchase amount, which should be refunded by the Peking company, to Tianjin Rongseng, which agrees to accept all the aforementioned creditor's rights. 3. After the transfer of creditor's rights and debts is completed, the Peking company will no longer owe any payments to Rongseng Mengguli, and Rongseng Mengguli will no longer hold any creditor's rights against the Peking company or the company. The company shall pay Tianjin Rongseng the refunded rent of 12.1622 million yuan and the housing purchase amount of 9 million yuan. 4.
