As of the disclosure date of this announcement, BAIC New Energy introduced Beijing State-owned Capital Operation and Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd., Beijing Holding Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Yizhuang International Emerging Industry Investment Center (Limited Partnership), BOC Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., Beijing Jingneng Green Energy M&A Investment Fund (limited partnership), Beijing Electronics Holdings Co., Ltd., Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Wending Investment Co., Ltd., Beijing Xiaoma Yixing Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing International Trust Co., Ltd., and signed a “Capital Increase Agreement”, 11 Strategic investors increased their capital to BAIC New Energy by a total of 8150 million yuan. The total amount of capital increase by BAIC New Energy in this round was 10,150 million yuan through non-disclosure agreements and public listing capital increases. After the completion of this round of capital increase, BAIC Blue Valley remains the controlling shareholder of BAIC New Energy.
