For the fifth year running,*1 LY Corporation ("LYC") has been selected for inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index ("DJSI World") as well as the Dow Jones Sustainability Asia/Pacific Index ("DJSI Asia/Pacific") of Dow Jones Sustainability Indices ("DJSI"), one of the foremost global indices for Environmental, Social, and Corporate-Governance (ESG) investment.

Developed as a pioneering series of global sustainability indices, DJSI comprehensively analyzes the ESG performance of listed companies from around the world based on long-term shareholder value, selecting those that are leading the way in sustainability for inclusion.

In addition to DJSI World and DJSI Asia/Pacific, LYC has been selected for inclusion in all six ESG indices*2 for Japanese stocks adopted by Japan's Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), including the MSCI Nihonkabu ESG Select Leaders Index.

While upholding targets based on the material issues it identifies, LYC actively promotes and discloses diverse ESG initiatives under its mission statement of "Create an amazing life platform that brings WOW! to our users."
