We note that hedge funds don't have a meaningful investment in Datadog. The Vanguard Group, Inc. is currently the company's largest shareholder with 8.9% of shares outstanding. Meanwhile, the second and third largest shareholders, hold 6.1% and 2.8%, of the shares outstanding, respectively. In addition, we found that Olivier Pomel, the CEO has 2.5% of the shares allocated to their name.
