Pestech International Berhad has announced the appointment of a new Group Managing Director, Datuk Mohamed Razeek with immediate effect.

Datuk Mohamed Razeek Md Hussain Maricar, aged 66, holds a BSc Civil Engineering from Polytechnic of South Bank, London, is currently heading the operations and management of Dhaya Maju Infrastructure (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. as its Group Chief Executive Officer.

With 43 years of extensive experience in the engineering field, he is in charge of managing the entire operations of the company, namely the railway sector, roads and property developments. He has been instrumental in evolving new policies and programs which have brought in improvements and efficiencies in the functioning of the DMIA Group, which has contributed to its growth.

He holds 1,333,335,000 Ordinary Shares (Indirect Interest) in the group.
