Mr. Spriano succeeds Salvatore Palella, who has stepped down from his roles as CEO and director. Mr. Palella, the company's controlling shareholder, has no remaining executive or board position within the organization.

Mr. Spriano brings experience and deep understanding of micromobility.com Inc.'s operations and strategic vision. He has been with the company since July 2018, serving in key roles including Head of Business Development and most recently as Chief Financial Officer since December 2023. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding micromobility.com Inc.'s brand presence across Europe, the United States, and Canada, as well as fostering relationships with government entities and driving city-based initiatives.

In addition to his contributions to micromobility.com Inc., Mr. Spriano has held significant leadership positions in organizations where Mr. Palella holds majority equity interest, including serving as CFO of Palella Holdings LLC and Chairman of Everli S.p.A. His extensive background includes work with the United Nations, where he collaborated on climate action and sustainable development initiatives under the Secretary-General's office. Mr. Spriano holds a J.D. in International European Law from the University of Turin and a Master in International Financial Law.
