Gelonghui reported on December 9 that china chengtong development group (00217.HK) announced that on December 9, 2024, chengtong financing leasing (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into agreements with (i) power construction corporation of china, ltd and Xi'an Fanyue as co-tenants; (ii) power construction corporation of china, ltd and Zhengzhou Yueheng as co-tenants; and (iii) power construction corporation of china, ltd and shaanxi Silk Road as co-tenants. According to these agreements, chengtong financing leasing will purchase leasing assets from the relevant tenants and lease back the assets to them, with a leasing term of two (2) years, but may be terminated early in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale and leaseback agreement.
