Cumulatively, for the first eleven months, the contracted sales of managed projects reached 12.157 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 52.5%; covering a construction area of approximately 1.988 million square meters, a decrease of 48.8%. The average selling price per square meter was 6,115 yuan, down by 7.2%.

In November, six new signed contract projects were obtained. As of October, the group had 27 new signed contract projects, with an additional contracted construction area of approximately 2.2249 million square meters, a decrease of 64%.
