According to the announcement of Beijing Airport (00694) on the Zhitong Finance app, on November 22, 2024, the company entered into an asset leasing contract with its parent company. In accordance with this, the company (as lessee) agrees to lease leased assets to the parent company (Capital Airport Group Co., Ltd., as lessor) from November 22, 2024, until November 21, 2027, for a period of 3 years. During the 3-year term of the asset leasing contract, the company must pay the parent company a total leasing fee of RMB 5,974,127.94 (including tax, subject to final adjustment).

It is reported that the leased assets include taxiways numbered D2, connector roads numbered C8, airport patrol roads, signs, taxiway lights, and other supporting facilities for the operation of the D2 taxiway extension project (Phase 2). The leased assets provided to the company will be used for the operation of Peking Airport.
