U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones index falling around 80 points on Monday.
Shares of Twist Bioscience Corporation (NASDAQ:TWST) rose sharply during Monday's session after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter EPS and sales.
Twist Bioscience reported a quarterly loss of 59 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of a loss of 70 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $84.71 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $82.20 million.
Twist Bioscience shares jumped 10.7% to $40.86 on Monday.

- Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMLX) shares climbed 17% to $5.56 after Baird upgraded the stock from Neutral to Outperform and raised its price target from $3 to $11.
- REGENXBIO Inc. (NASDAQ:RGNX) shares climbed 17% to $11.30 after the company announced dosing the first patient in its pivotal trial for Duchenne gene therapy.
- Destiny Tech100 Inc. (NASDAQ:DXYZ) shares gained 16.2% to $37.41.
- Semler Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ:SMLR) shares rose 14.6% to $51.00. Semler Scientific announced it acquired 215 bitcoins for $17.7 million in cash, at an average price of $82,502 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses, during the period between Nov. 6 and Nov. 15.
- Red Cat Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:RCAT) rose 14% to $5.36.
- REGENXBIO Inc. (NASDAQ:RGNX) gained 13.2% to $10.90 after the company announced dosing the first patient in its pivotal trial for Duchenne gene therapy.
- Mobileye Global Inc. (NASDAQ:MBLY) rose 8.1% to $16.20.
- Zeta Global Holdings Corp. (NYSE:ZETA) shares rose 7.4% to $18.90. Zeta Global said David A. Steinberg, Zeta's Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO, members of the Company's leadership, and members of the Board of Directors intend to purchase shares of Zeta's Class A common stock on Monday.
- Aurora Innovation, Inc. (NASDAQ:AUR) gained 7.2% to $5.35.
- IAMGOLD Corporation (NYSE:IAG) rose 6.8% to $5.28.
- Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) shares gained 6.1% to $340.21 following reports of President-elect Donald Trump's policy outlook on regulations for autonomous driving.
- NIO Inc. (NYSE:NIO) rose 4% to $4.6650.
